He graduated from Samsun 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He did his compulsory service at Saraykent Health Center in Akdağ Maden district of Yozgat province. He started his specialization as a General Surgery Specialist at Fırat University in 1997. He completed it in 2002. He worked in Kazakhstan between 2002-2013. He served as Chief Physician at Ahmet Yesevi University between 2010-2011. In 2018, he served as Director at a Private Hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan.
